The hotel is located in a calm neighborhood, away from the busy parts of the city. It's situated on the less popular side of the river, providing a peaceful atmosphere for families with children. there is a 24/7 supermarket right next to the hotel, making it convenient for any last-minute needs.
There was no hairdryer provided in the room.

I thought I had paid for a twin room but was given a single and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Staff had limited knowledge of touristy things.

nothing stood out, breakfast was charged extra and very ordinary.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the hotel and the hot water in the shower. the hotel was located near many restaurants and shops, making it easy to find food and souvenirs. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the friendly staff that always greeted me and provided advice on what to see in the area.
the heating in my room wasn't working correctly, and it was quite cold.

The staff was helpful and worked hard to communicate in spite of language barriers. The room was comfortable. I reserved for a single occupancy room and it was equipped with a twin sized bed, a flat screen tv with cable (including CNN and BBC in English), a table, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The location is on several major bus routes to the train station and into the center of town. The best part was the "American" breakfast: a cheese omelet and a breakfast sandwich with tea brought to the room. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
the mattress on the twin bed was a bit lumpy - you could feel the springs through it. I just slept on top of the thick blankets and didn't have a problem.

The hotel I stayed at during my city break provided an incredible experience. First of all, the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that all of my needs were met during my stay. the hotel was situated in a lovely location, nestled in a calm neighborhood, with a supermarket and restaurants nearby. the breakfast being served straight to my room was a major plus and made my mornings much more enjoyable.
There were a few issues that brought my experience down. Unfortunately, there was no hairdryer in the room, which was a bit of a letdown.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a calm neighbourhood. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, situated on the less popular part of the river. Additionally, there was a 24/7 supermarket nearby and several restaurants to choose from. The staff was exceptionally helpful and easygoing, and the breakfast served to our room was a delightful touch.
Nothing, it is perfect.
